In Civilization VI (video game where leaders and empires from all over history interact) they chose to have Lady Wak Chanil Ajaw (Lady Six Skies) represent the Mayan Empire. I unfortunately don't know a ton of her history, but it's a testament to women power among the Maya that these warrior queens are so strongly remembered. (And given the fiery spirit of the women descending from the Maya, it doesn't surprise me!)

Hola Michael, sorry I just saw this. That’s incredible Lady Six Skies has made the leap to video games! A new generation will be aware of their power. I have 3 more posts in Warrior Queen series but other topics first . Appreciate your reading!
